Flight monitoringAll incoming flights are monitored to ensure we arrive at the airport at the right time and are waiting in the arrivals area for you.

Waiting timeWe allow up to 60 minutes for our clients to clear customs and baggage reclaim after the flight has landed. Any waiting time in excess of the 60 minutes is charged at our standard hourly rate in units of 15 minutes.

Meeting PointsWe have designated meeting points in the arrivals hall of each terminal to make meeting your chauffeur straight forward. We have produced a download showing these points that can be downloaded below:
